Cambodian chicken salad

Cambodian Chicken Salad ( Yhum)

2 chicken breast filets ( boiled and shredded)
1 pack of Cole slaw mix
1/2 C julienned cucumbers
1/2 C Shredded Carrots
1/2 C vermacelli noodles (optional)
1/2 C fresh bean sprouts
1/4 C thinly sliced green onions (garnish at the end)
1/2 C Kuys Garlic Vinaigrette
1 Tbsp Kuys Deep Fried Garlic
1/4 C sliced mint leaves (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss it all together. Easy, and enjoy!
